What is Staylo?
Staylo is a long-term renting app for a whole home. You find a place, apply, sign the tenancy and pay the deposit in one app. It is launching in Manchester. Staylo is a technology platform, not a letting agent.
Is Staylo free for tenants?
Yes. Searching, applying, signing and messaging are free for tenants. Admin fees are illegal under the Tenant Fees Act, and we’ve built that rule into the product.
What does it cost landlords?
Listing is free. Staylo takes 3% of rent paid through the app and nothing on deposits. Stripe’s card fee comes off each payment you receive. Tenants pay no fees.
When does Staylo launch?
We’re launching soon on iPhone, starting in Manchester. Request early access and you’ll be first to know when your area opens.
